Paramount Web Services will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Paramount Web Services makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for service provided. Paramount Web Services disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting in delays, and any and all service interruptions caused by Paramount Web Services. Paramount Web Services reserves the right to change its policies at any time without prior notification.

2. Uptime
Paramount Web Services will make access available to your page on a best-effort basis. Service outages can occur over which there is no control. Although Paramount’s average system uptime is outstanding, Paramount cannot and will not make any guarantee of any kind regarding the stability or uptime of this service.

3. Payment Policy
Your page will be activated after the initial half cost is paid up front. Payment can be currently made to Paramount via PayPal at https://www.paypal.com using tracey@parawebserv.com. Acceptable payment methods include money orders and checks. Customers will receive invoices that are sent via the mail approximately one week before they are due. Invoices are to be paid by the terms on the invoice. Failure to comply will result in your account being suspended or terminated.

4. Privacy Policy
Paramount Web Services takes it's customers privacy very seriously. You are guaranteed 100% privacy. Information such as address, phone, etc. will not be given out.

5. Username/Domain Changes
The changing of your e-mail username requires deleting your existing account and re-adding a new account, just as if you had signed up all over again. Due to the effort required for this process, a $2.00 setup fee applies to any and all e-mail username changes. If you would like to change domain names, a $5.00 setup fee along with a normal domain fee applies to any and all domain name changes.

6. Services Changes
Paramount Web Services reserves the right to change prices, policies, and configuration of any and all pages when deemed necessary. Any violations of these policies represent a breach of your contract, and your site will be removed from Paramount’s system without warning.

7. Web Design & Hosting
Paramount Web Services reserves the rights to all graphics, logos or designs on any pages created by Paramount Web Services. Sites and domains are wholly owned and operated by Paramount Web Services. Any changes or copies made of these designs will result in direct violations of policy herein stated. Paramount Web Services reserves the right to advertise on any and all pages designed and/or hosted by Paramount Web Services. If deemed necessary, Paramount will add links to said pages per these terms. Hosting costs are estimated based on number of hits and bandwidth usage along with hard drive space needed. All pages require half the estimated cost of a page design up front with the balance due on completion. Paramount Web Services will maintain the page with minor changes for additional costs added to your yearly hosting cost. The minor changes will be decided by Paramount if extra charges are needed. Major changes made to a page will cost extra based on the changes needed. Additional costs would be stated before any changes are made. Hosting and domain costs are locked in for 1 year.
